Tracy L. Wells has joined the Small Business Assistance Corporation (SBAC) as their new Communications/PR Associate.
Tracy will be responsible for implementing communications related projects, assist in coordinating events and will help to promote the various programs offered by the SBAC.
“We are pleased to bring Tracy on board. We believe her expertise and experience in marketing will strengthen our presence in the business community,” stated SBAC President Tony O’Reilly.
Tracy, originally from northern Indiana, has a background in marketing and communications. She was previously employed as Vice President of the Greater LaPorte Chamber of Commerce in LaPorte, Indiana. She and her husband Carl now reside in Rincon.
The SBAC, located at 111 E. Liberty, Suite 100 in Savannah, is a specialized, non-profit business development organization licensed by the U. S. Small Business Administration and supported by the City of Savannah and the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to promote economic growth. Since 1989 the SBAC has been offering loan products in the City of Savannah, southeast Georgia and Low Country of South Carolina.
