This program is for the acquisition, construction and/or renovation of commercial land and buildings as well as the acquisition of long lived (20 year or longer) machinery and equipment. This program provides long term, fixed rate (typically below market) financing to businesses that will retain and/or create jobs.

SBA 7(a) Bank Guaranty Program
This program is the “common” SBA loan that can be used for any business purpose – working capital, inventory or equipment, refinance existing debt, or to purchase a business. A bank makes the loan, and the SBA provides a guarantee – up to $562,500. The maximum loan amount is $750,000.

SSBCI Loan Program
Small Business Assistance Corporation is a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) that has been selected to administer the State Small Business Credit Initiative Loan Program in the State of Georgia. GA Funding for CDFIs is a loan participation program specifically designed to increase access to capital for Georgia’s underserved small businesses—particularly those which are minority or women owned, located in low to moderate income areas, those which employ low to moderate income individuals and businesses located in underserved communities.

USDA Loan Programs

SBA MicroLoan Program
If you are a business in our service area needing a small loan for most any business purpose, perhaps the MicroLoan Program is for you. The maximum loan is $50,000 and it may be combined with another bank loan for a total financing of $105,000.

The Capital Fund seeks to undertake community development activities such as job creation through business modernization, diversification of the economy, neighborhood commercial revitalization, and special projects with a significant community development impact. The SBAC provides loan packaging and servicing for this fund.

City of Savannah Sponsored Loan Programs
